Recruitment: Join our Board of Trustees

We’re looking to welcome new Trustees to our Board.

We are seeking individuals from all sectors and those with an additional experience of wellbeing, health, community development or older persons would be of benefit.  A general understanding of strategy, governance, finance, HR, fundraising, and marketing would be an additional benefit.

BENEFITS OF BEING A TRUSTEE

Timebanking is all about sharing skills so becoming a Trustee would be a fantastic way to give something back to Plymouth and the communities you live and work in and care about.

You’ll be playing an integral part in the way Timebank South West is run, ensuring we remain fit for purpose, are sustainable and financially viable.

Getting involved as a charity Trustee is a great way to put your existing skills and knowledge to use but it can also be a fantastic opportunity to learn new things and work alongside different people.

Training and development are on offer.

You’ll get a great insight into what’s involved in the management of a charity and gain skills in working within a leadership role.

TIME COMMITMENT

Two additional half days/days each year for development and strategy work.

  • Strategic Direction
  • Finance
  • HR
