All exchanges happen through our Timebank hubs. You contact us when you want to give your time or when  you want help with something

We will ask you a few questions about what you want to give or get back. Your safety is important to us so we take the time to get to know everyone so we can make a good match

We will make all the arrangements and if needed will be present when the exchange takes place

We will check back with you and the recipient to make sure everything worked well and we will log the hours you gave
